Error Message: Failed to create new user. User may have already existed but I couldn't find on my user list.

- Kindly ensure that you're using the Super admin account to perform this.
- Restart Xilnex application and try again.

- Use Xilnex Portal to create the user.

- If the error persists, most likely this username is registered with another company. Kindly advise the staff to reach out to the previous company for removal.
