- Kindly ensure that you're using the Super admin account to perform this.
- Restart Xilnex application and try again.
- Use Xilnex Portal to create the user.
- If the error persists, most likely this username is registered with another company. Kindly advise the staff to reach out to the previous company for removal.
- You may also submit a request to us for further assistance.
- May consider creating a new email for registering it as the username in Xilnex. Find out more here.
