Issues:
- Failed to start Xilnex program.
- No effect after clicking the Xilnex icon.
- No error was shown after running the Xilnex application.
Solution #1
- Run Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc).
- Under Processes tab, look for Xilnex RetailPOS.exe
- Select it and click End Task.
- Try to the run Xilnex Application again.
Solution #2
- Kill the Xilnex task again as mentioned in the Solution #1
- Download the file below (select one):
For C drive (default path)
For D Drive:
File Properties
Name: reg_current_user
Type: .reg
Size: Approximately 30kb - Run the downloaded file and click yes on the prompt.
- Try to the run Xilnex Application again.
